Wayne Repich is the Global Director, Business Development & Marketing/Communications at BakerRisk, where he drives strategic growth by integrating the company’s diverse offerings to create value-added opportunities for clients. Mr. Repich also serves as BakerRisk’s Key Account Program Director. With over 30 years of global experience in the AEC and Real Estate Finance industries, he specializes in developing high-growth solutions, fostering key partnerships, and aligning internal teams. Mr. Repich has a strong track record in leading complex Design-Build, P3, and large-scale projects, with expertise in deal structuring and client development. He has testified before the California Senate Housing Committee and spoken at the US Federal Reserve Bank. Mr. Repich holds an Associate DBIA and a B.S. in Psychology from Santa Clara University.
