Who we are

Bilateral Chamber of Commerce is a global economic development organization with 25 years of legacy at the forefront of global commerce. Headquartered in Houston, we focus on fostering investment, economic growth, educational advancement, and cultural understanding. With a track record of actionable results, including over 100 high-level trade delegations and a global network of 36,000 professionals, our programs and events have been instrumental in generating more than $300 billion in revenue for U.S. companies and organizations and facilitating international economic growth.

We offer a comprehensive range of programs facilitating cross-border trade across four key global economic sectors: Aerospace & Aviation, Energy & Climate Resiliency, Healthcare, Transportation, and Information and Communications Technology.  

We serve as a federal contractor for the U.S. Trade and Development Agency (USTDA) and a trusted partner to numerous public sector organizations, including the U.S. Departments of Commerce, Energy, and State, as well as various state and municipal agencies throughout the U.S.

Our Story

For a quarter of a century, we have served as a gateway to unparalleled opportunities in international trade and collaboration as a widely recognized cross-industry expert. Our story reflects the world's transformation since 1997 when we first started with a focus on the Middle East. Over the past 25 years, we have pivoted, evolved, and grown in an increasingly interconnected world. We have expanded our global footprint and industry focus, growing into a global ecosystem at the center of sustainable development. Today, we offer an intuitive, agile, and dynamic platform that no single company, government organization, or academic institution can match.
