With Iraq's oil industry on the rebound following the oil price crash, and being devastated by the coronavirus pandemic, H.E. Ismail provided insight into his top priorities for Iraq's energy sector. T.H. Laura Malenas, Acting Deputy Assistant Secretary for Energy Diplomacy, U.S. Department of State, gave opening remarks.
