The Bilateral Chamber Board of Advisors is delighted to announce the 27th annual Private VIP Board of Advisors Dinner during OTC Week 2024, where we will be honoring the esteemed Hon. Vickram Bharrat, M.P., Minister of Natural Resources, Co-operative Republic of Guyana, with the 2024 Diplomatic Excellence Award.

The Diplomatic Excellence Award recognizes the significant contributions of its recipients to diplomacy and their dedication to raising the standard of international relations for future generations.

Joining us as this year's keynote speaker is the distinguished Honorable Wesley K. Clark, 4-Star General, United States Army and Commander of European Command / Supreme Allied Commander of NATO (ret.). General Clark will share insights on the intersection of diplomacy and global affairs, providing valuable perspectives on navigating the complexities of today's geopolitical landscape.
