This year marks the Bilateral Chamber’s 20th anniversary of hosting Insight to MENA at OTC Welcome Reception. This flagship, first-class event brings together nearly 1000 global executives and government leaders that attend the world’s largest oil and gas conference in Houston, Texas- the Offshore Technology Conference (OTC).  Kicking off OTC week, Insight to MENA at OTC  includes an additional myriad of Bilateral Chamber programs offering first-hand insights into the Middle East/North Africa and sub-Saharan Africa energy marketplace.

In addition, the Bilateral Chamber will also be recognizing Nasir Abbasi, Counselor for Commercial Affairs for Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Yemen, U.S. Department of Commerce, for his steadfast commitment to the business community and excellence in commercial/trade advocacy between the U.S. and MENA.
